David is a Partner in the firm and qualified as a Solicitor in 1986.

David practises in commercial litigation, providing advice and assistance in relation to company and partnership disputes, breach of contract, disputed wills and probate estates, insolvency law, land actions and professional negligence claims. David also accepts appointments to act as supervising solicitor in urgent search and seizure orders.

David is an experienced and fully accredited commercial mediator.

David focuses on pragmatic advice and sensible problem solving for businesses and individuals.
